Blue Whiting
Blue Whiting are fished primarily in the months of February and March during the spawning season, at which time the fish are in their largest and most desirable form. The main fishing grounds are off the West Coast of Ireland and Killybegs is the closest fishing port to these rich waters. The Bluewhiting are whole round frozen and graded to customers demands and are packed in 20KG cartons.
